Note: Booths are not inclusive of optional furniture, utilities or services. Carpet and floorcovering are not required. The isles will not be carpeted. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to order additional items online with Fern Exhibitor Services.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Exhibit space starts at $18.50 per square foot and includes:
- 8′ back drape and 3′ side divider drape
- Company identification sign
- One 10-1/2 gallon wastebasket (per exhibitor)
- 24-hour Exhibit Hall perimeter security
- Exhibitors are responsible for submitting accurate information via the Exhibitor Portal
- Access to a dishwashing area and as well as free food cold storage (first come – first serve)
- FREE registration for your customers and prospects

The General Service Contractor for the Northwest Food Show is Fern Expo.
All confirmed exhibitors will automatically be receiving an introduction email from Fern Expo with instructions on setting up your password so you can order all show services and items for your booth online. After you’ve logged on and created an account you will be able to order services from Fern Expo and you will find links to ordering services from the Portland Expo Center as well as Edlen Electrical Services.

VIP REGISTRATION CARD

Also, please follow all instructions on the Exhibitor Services Page to ensure a successful experience for your company
- Booths do NOT include carpet or floor covering, which is required. Exhibitors may provide their own floor covering or rent from the show decorator. Booths without floor covering will be carpeted at the exhibitor’s expense at the Show.
